Copper wire mesh(copper wire cloth) can be divided into two kinds according to materials: Brass wire mesh, purple copper wire mesh, phosphor copper wire mesh, etc.
1. Brass wire mesh(brass wire cloth):
Material: Brass, we have 65 brass(the brass proportion is 65%, the zinc proportion is 35%), 80 brass(the brass proportionis 80%, the zinc proportion is 20%)., etc.
Mesh: 6mesh/inch, ----160mesh/inch.
2. Purple copper wire mesh
Material: Purple copper wire(pure copper proportion 99.8%)
Feature: Non-magnetism, and be able to bear the grind.
Usage: Filtrate electron beam and electron display screen, etc.
Mesh: 5mesh---100mesh.
3. Phosphor copper wire mesh
Material: Phosphor copper wire (copper proportion 85%--90%, tin proportion is (5%-15%)
Feature: Non-magnetism, and be able to bear the grind and ache and alkali, good ductibility
Mesh: 8mesh-400mesh/inch
